quality control management

WHAT IS QCM?

Quality Control Management (QCM) is the process of ensuring that a product or service meets a certain level of quality before it is released to the customer. It is a systematic approach to identifying and preventing defects in the product or service, through the use of inspection, testing, and other quality assurance methods. The goal of QCM is to ensure that the product or service meets the customer’s needs and expectations, and to continuously improve the quality of the product or service over time.
