Minimize the risk of patent infringement with our comprehensive Patent Check Service.
We offer two levels of service to suit your needs, both conducted in partnership with a trusted patent law firm:
-
Preliminary Patent Check: This service is conducted by a patent specialist (not a patent lawyer) within our partnered law firm. You’ll receive a brief conclusion, without a detailed report. It’s a cost-effective option for early-stage product validation or when you need a quick, high-level assessment of potential patent conflicts.
-
In-Depth Patent Check: Conducted by a patent lawyer, this service provides thorough research across multiple jurisdictions. You will receive a detailed research report analyzing potential conflicts, offering deeper insights to support informed decisions before launching your product.
Both levels of service help you navigate the complexities of intellectual property with confidence, reducing the risk of costly infringement issues.
Please note that the standard charge for the In-Depth Patent Check service is an estimate based on our experience and covers the majority of cases. However, if the complexity of the product is significantly higher than average—such as involving multiple technologies, international patents, or highly specialized fields—the cost may be greater. It is technically challenging to provide an accurate cost upfront for these complex cases because the scope of research, the number of jurisdictions involved, and the depth of analysis required can vary significantly depending on the unique characteristics of the product. Conducting a thorough patent check in such cases may involve more extensive resources and time. Any additional charges will be clearly discussed with you, and we will seek your approval before proceeding further with the evaluation.
Disclaimer: While our partnered law firm conducts extensive research, it’s important to understand that no search can guarantee complete coverage. This is because patents are subject to constant updates, including pending applications that are not yet published, patents filed in other jurisdictions, or potential future claims. Therefore, while our research minimizes risks, it cannot eliminate them entirely.
