The product registration card is required by CPSC for “Durable Infant or Toddler Product“. It will help improve the effectiveness and response rates for future recalls. CPSC has issued precise requirements about what needs to be included on the cards.

In order to improve recall effectiveness, Congress has required that manufacturers of covered products:

• Provide consumers with a postage-paid product registration card with each product;

• Maintain a record of the names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and other contact information of consumers who register their products; and

• Permanently place the manufacturer name and contact information, model name and number, and the date of manufacture on each durable infant or toddler product.

SERVICE INCLUDED:

• ASSISTANCE ON GETTING AN USA MAILBOX: We will assist you to get a USA mailbox, which is mandatory for the product registration card if you are a non-USA seller.

• ASSISTANCE ON PREPAID BUSSINES REPLY MAIL SERVICE REGISTRATION: We will assist you to register the Prepaid Business Reply Mail service for your customers to return the cards for registration after purchases.

• PRODUCT REGISTRATION CARD COMPLETION: We will fill out the product registration card form for you.

OPTIONAL SERVICES (NOT INCLUDED):

• REGISTRATION CARD DATABASE & WEB HOSTING: We will create a dedicated webpage to maintain a record of the names, addresses, e-mail addresses, and other contact information of consumers who register their products bought from your company. Keeping purchase records is mandatory by CPSC, as this information is necessary for the event of a safety alert or recall for the product. This service is beneficial if you do not have a website and do not wish to invest time and money in creating and maintaining one. This service can be ordered separately at HERE.

• MAILBOX SERVICE: It is mandatory to have a USA address for your product registration card. If you are a non-USA seller and do not have a USA address, this is the service you may consider. This service can be ordered separately at HERE.
