This an ASTM compliance package is for ONE (1) ASIN and includes the following:

• CPSC-Certified Lab Selection: We will coordinate with your supplier and a selected CPSC-certified lab to run a lab test on your product. The goal of this lab test is to ensure that your product is compliant with the relevant safety regulations and standards set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).
• Lab Test Coordination: We will coordinate the communication between your supplier and the lab during the testing.
• Lab Test Report: The lab test report outlines the test results and confirms whether your product meets the necessary safety requirements.
• Amazon Product Ungating Package: We will prepare the full package for the Amazon product ungating application.
• Amazon Ungate Appeal Submission: We handle the product ungate appeal with Amazon.

Any additional variation ASIN that is identical to the main ASIN except for the “color”/”design”/”pattern”  will be charged $150 per additional ASIN instead of the full price.

Additional service fees ($150) will be incurred for a re-attempt of the lab test if the initial test fails due to product-related reasons. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LAB TEST FEE IS NOT INCLUDED: It will be charged by the selected lab and the payment will be made to the lab directly or through Noah Tactics.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The laboratory testing process can commence solely upon receipt of all essential materials, which may include but are not limited to, complete product samples, labels, packaging, testing fee, and any other relevant items.  the laboratory testing may take between 5 to 10 business days to be completed once it starts. The lab testing result depends solely on the quality and adherence to the regulations of the product, and there is no guarantee of passing the test if the product is not compliant. An additional service fee of $150 will be charged for the second attempt in case the product fails during the first attempt.
