ON-DEMAND CUSTOM SERVICE

This fee covers the customized service discussed in case #1049:

1. Retrieve the 1000 pcs from the 3PL warehouse and transfer it to your supplier’s warehouse; (You confirmed that you would handle this by yourself)

2. Work with your supplier to complete the retrofit work:

• a) Add the warning label
• b) Remove the existing covers and replace them with the new ones
• c) Remove the sharp points of the binders
• d) Re-do the packaging and the last page of the book (The new design will be provided by you)
• e) Replace the pens with the eco-friendly ones

3. Coordinate with the lab to modify the report per the new packaging and last page. (An estimated fee of $40 for the modification will be charged by the lab, final number to be verified when this case is active)

4. Ship your product to Amazon warehouse (The transport charge is extra payable to the logistics company selected. You will be receiving the exclusive group discount from the freight forwarder. If you do not like the quote, you can use your own freight forwarder)

5. Arrange a sample to be sent to your Cyprus address, shipping cost to the courier is extra. We will try to negotiate with your supplier but there is no guarantee as your supplier is almost on the fence of giving up the business relationship with you and not willing to cover anything extra.
