• Detailed Inspection Report: After the inspection is complete, we will provide you with a detailed inspection report that includes all relevant information related to the quality of your goods. This report will give you a clear understanding of the quality of your goods before they are shipped.

• Comprehensive Coverage: Our Ex-Factory Inspection Service covers all aspects of your goods, including their physical appearance, packaging, labeling, and functionality. We will leave no stone unturned to ensure that your goods meet your expectations.

• Timely Communication: We understand the importance of timely communication in the inspection process. Our team will keep you informed of any issues or concerns that arise during the inspection process, ensuring that you are always up-to-date on the status of your goods.

With our Ex-Factory Inspection Service, you can rest assured that your goods are in good hands. Our team will work closely with you to understand your unique needs and ensure that those needs are met throughout the inspection process.

We offer 2 standard services:

• Sampling Inspection: We will randomly select UP TO 10% of your order for inspection, provided that it can be completed within ONE(1) 8-HOUR DAY BY ONE INSPECTOR (e.g., Less than 10% of the order will be inspected in case of large order quantity or/and high complexity. The inspector will check as many units as possible within an 8-hour working day).

• Full Inspection: We will conduct a 100% inspection of your order, provided that it can be completed within TWO (2) 8-HOUR DAYS BY ONE INSPECTOR by one inspector. If the inspection cannot be completed within two (2) days, additional fees will apply. However, we will inform you of this beforehand and will not proceed with the inspection without your consent.

It cannot be guaranteed that the products will be free from defects or meet any specific requirements. Please note that two options are offered for the product inspection service: full inspection and sampling inspection. If sampling inspection is requested, not all products will be inspected, and the quality of products not inspected cannot be guaranteed. The inspection services are based on the instructions provided by the client at the time of inspection. If the client’s instructions are not comprehensive or do not cover all aspects of the products, the inspection may not be able to identify all defects or issues. It is recommended that clients provide as much information as possible about their product requirements and specifications to ensure that the inspection is as thorough and accurate as possible. The inspection reports do not include any testing or analysis of the products beyond what can be done through visual and functional inspection. If more extensive testing or analysis of the products is required, an appropriate laboratory or testing facility should be engaged. By engaging the product inspection service, the client agrees to waive any claims arising from any errors or omissions in the inspection reports and to hold Noah Tactics Inc. harmless from any liability, loss, or damage that may result from the products or the inspection thereof.
