  • Demand Forcast based on market statistics and historic sale data.
  • Monitor your account inventory status on a daily basis.
  • Make replenishment order decisions (e.g., when? and how many?) based on the data analyzed by our professional & experienced supply chain team.
  • Once a replenishment order is placed, our team in China will monitor the product status on a regular basis and generate weekly or bi-weekly reports as needed.
  • Our team in China will work with your supplier on quality control and arrange in-production inspections whenever needed.
  • Once the order production is completed, we will arrange an ex-factory inspection before shipping the order.
  • We will then create a shipping plan from your Amazon account, generate the shipping labels, and work with your supplier to prepare the shipment.
  • We will craft professional and cost-effective shipping strategies customized to suit your business needs, including but not limited to, which freight forwarder to pick (e.g., reliable? rate?), what service (e.g., regular boat? fast boat? airfreight? sea-truck or sea-courier?) to use given the budget & timeframe, whether or not we need a 3PL warehouse in the USA or other marketplace countries for safety stock or temporary storage? and so on.
  • You will be receiving the exclusive discounted rate from our partnered freight forwarders which are renowned for their reliability and reputation, having undergone rigorous testing by our team over the years.
  • We will handle the logistics from your supplier all the way to Amazon fulfillment center and closely monitor the whole process.
  • We will handle any unexpected situations such as random customs inspections at the destination port, missing customs clearance documents, unable to make delivery appointments, and so on.
  • We will help with inventory reconciliation in case of inventory loss and/or damage.
  • We will handle reimbursement claims on lost or damaged inventory from Amazon on a monthly basis.
  • We will maintain a good relationship with your supplier.
  • We will initiate price negotiation whenever we see an opportunity (e.g., exchange rate change, material price drops, sales volume increases, etc).
  • We will negotiate a better payment term on your behalf whenever we see an opportunity (e.g., start to build trust, aim for long-term relationships, sales volume increases, etc) to improve your cash flow.
  • We will make sure our partnered 3PL warehouses are available when you need them.
  • We are sitting on top of related Amazon policy changes to make sure our practices adapt to the changes seamlessly (e.g., restock limit change, inbound transportation rule change, etc).
  • We will have specific plans in place to better handle the demand fluctuations due to the special events (e.g., Prime Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, etc),

  • The subscription is renewed on a monthly basis and can be canceled at any time.

  • Ex-Factory Inspection Service*: The cost of the order inspection depends on your order size. We will arrange a qualified inspector for the job but the charge is extra and NOT included.
  • Freight Charges from Our Partnered Freight Forwarder*: We will arrange the shipment but the shipping cost is extra and NOT included.
  • Charges from Our Partnered 3PL Warehouses*: We will arrange the services and space needed at the 3PL warehouses but the charge by the 3PL is extra and NOT included.
