This compliance package for ONE (1) ASIN and includes the following:

• Lab Test Report: We will coordinate with your supplier and a selected CPSC-certified lab to run a lab test on your product. The goal of this lab test is to ensure that your product is compliant with the relevant safety regulations and standards set forth by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The lab test report outlines the test results and confirms whether your product meets the necessary safety requirements.
• CPC Certificate: It will be created based on the lab test report. It serves as a formal declaration of conformity and confirms that your product meets the relevant safety standards.
• Tracking Label Compliance Verification: We will verify the compliance of the tracking label provided by you.
• Warning Label Compliance Verification: We will verify the compliance of the warning label provided by you but you are responsible for providing the text content.
• Packaging Compliance Verification: We will verify the compliance of the product packaging provided by you but you are responsible for providing the text content.

Any additional variation ASIN that is identical to the main ASIN except for the “color”/”design”/”pattern”  will be charged $100 per additional ASIN instead of the full price.

If you choose to create your labels and product packaging independently, we will only verify compliance for two rounds. Any additional verification beyond that will incur an extra charge as it falls outside the scope of this service.

Additional fees will be incurred for a re-attempt of the lab test if the initial test fails due to product-related reasons. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE LAB TEST FEE IS NOT INCLUDED: It will be charged by the selected lab and the payment will be made to the lab directly or through Noah Tactics.

• Durable Infant or Toddler Product Surcharge: If your product falls under the “Durable Infant or Toddler Product” category as defined by the CPSC, an additional surcharge will apply due to the specific testing and compliance requirements for these items. This ensures that all regulatory standards are met for your product’s safety certification. The fee will be determined on a case-by-case basis due to its complexity and invoiced separately, with your approval requested before proceeding.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The laboratory testing process can commence solely upon receipt of all essential materials, which may include but are not limited to, complete product samples, labels, packaging, testing fee, and any other relevant items.  the laboratory testing may take between 5 to 10 business days to be completed once it starts. The lab testing result depends solely on the quality and adherence to the regulations of the product, and there is no guarantee of passing the test if the product is not compliant. An additional service fee of $150 will be charged for the second attempt in case the product fails during the first attempt.
