If buyers feel that the product is completely unsuitable and must be returned or compensated for, what should they pay attention to?

Buyers must notify the third-party seller within 14 days of receiving the goods.

If the customized product contains personal configuration, inscriptions, or designs, the third-party seller does not need to accept returns or exchanges, unless the product was damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered when it arrived.

If the customized product is the result of a third-party seller’s error, such as a design or inscription error, buyers are still protected by Amazon’s transaction protection and can still make claims against the seller.
